Position scope: Reports to Sales Manager. Plan sales activities and achieve setup goal.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities 主要工作职责
(1)Plan and implement sales activities to achieve defined targets and support the company business strategies
(2)Visit customers actively to understand their development status and needs, to strengthen customer relations ,project management and to develop more business. 拜访客户，了解客户的需求，强化客户关系，项目管理和拓宽业务。
(3)Actively explore new customer and new sales opportunities to continuously broaden the business platform
(4)Collect market intelligence proactively to monitor competitors and market development, to identify business opportunities and to recommend new way of doing business.
(5)Take on related customer account management, including sales forecast, supply planning, delivery, order handling and payment follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills 要求
(1)Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
(2)2 years of bearing sales experience, automotive bearing sales and high performance is preferred.
(3)“Can do“ attitude, Good planning, coordination, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
(4)Command of the Microsoft Office software.
(5)Strong sense of customer service, Able to travel.
(6)Fluent English is a plus.
